Lakeshore Legal Aid Attorney Tracie Dominique Boyd will teach participants about living wills (also called "advanced directives") and health care or medical power of attorney contracts. We will explore the similarities and differences between the two instruments and learn how they can work together to communicate your end-of-life health care choices to your treating medical professionals, even if you are unable to do so verbally at the time those decisions need to be made.
