CORE: Movement + Expression Intensive is not a traditional dance program, studio or team. While growing ability and exposure to diverse styles, C:M+EI prioritizes members learning mindfulness, understanding the release of trauma/stress through movement, emotional regulation and identity. Qualifying dancers will compete but all members will enjoy the opportunity to perform. C:ME+I…it’s more than dance!
