Event:
Life Skills Week

Give your child the tools to succeed—in school, in life, and beyond!

Join us this summer for a fun, interactive, and empowering one-week life skills program designed especially for youth ages 11–16. Over the course of five fun filled, action-packed days, participants will explore real-world skills that will set them up for success, both now and in the future.

Each day, we’ll dive into a key life skill area through engaging activities, hands-on learning, and group discussions:

  1. Communication & Social Skills – Learn to speak up, listen actively, and build meaningful relationships.
  2. Emotional Intelligence & Wellbeing – Explore how to understand and manage emotions, reduce stress, and support mental health.
  3. Financial Literacy – Understand money basics, budgeting, and how to be smart with spending and saving.
  4. Decision Making & Problem Solving – Build confidence making choices, handling conflict, and thinking critically.
  5. Health, Nutrition & Self Care – Learn how to fuel your body, care for yourself, and build healthy habits.
