Team GUTS

The Team GUTS Martial Arts offers participants a structured, multiple discipline program led by experienced instructors who will assist in form and technique. The primary goal of this class is to provide a consistent and repetitive program to increase self awareness, encourage socialization and help build self confidence. The first half of each class will include conditioning and strength training which everyone needs. Come try the class for FREE. All are welcome.
