This highly interactive training will build confidence in the “BEFORE” mediation steps, equip mediators to ask better questions while to preparing for a successful mediation and cover the ins and outs of Intake process. This training is ideal for any mediator who has completed a 40-hour Mediator Training as approved by SCAO and wishes to enhance their mediation skill set or for those who need to fulfill the circuit court mediator requirement of 8 hours of advanced training every two years. This training meets the requirements for 8-hours of advanced mediator training.
