This year has brought many challenges for the animal welfare community and our programs saw their share of ups and downs. We have missed sharing moments with our program participants, from the kids at Crossroads to the Trustees at Oakland County and have missed all of the facilitators and volunteers it takes to run these wonderful programs. But, now is not the time to dwell on what we cannot change, it is time to focus on how to make the programs better, stronger and more engaging. In order to do that, we need your help and we are so looking forward to our upcoming fundraiser! Here is our ask: if you have time; volunteer, if your company wants to donate; sponsor a program, or if you can spare a dollar; any amount is appreciated. It will take a community to make this event successful, not just for our participants but for the dogs too. I promise you, you will not regret getting involved.
