Trinity Community Care (TCC), a non-profit 501(c)(3) clinic founded in 2013, provides
life-saving and life-enhancing free medical and dental care to thousands of uninsured or under insured patients with incomes at or below 250% of the poverty guideline, utilizing a team of volunteer doctors, nurses, dentists, hygienists, and assistants. We have recently added specialty services such as gynecology, vision and hearing screenings, dental restoration, and dentures. We now also provide free medications to our patients! Our operation relies solely on donations, grants and our fundraising events, generously supported by both individuals and corporate contributors.
- We supported thousands of individuals and families with medical, dental and social services since December 2013.
- Our Organization earned a 2024 Gold Rating from the National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (NAFC) Quality Standards Program.
- We serve individuals age 19 and greater who have income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty guideline.
