Are you a student eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and Google Ads? The Austin Foundation is looking for a Google Ads Intern to help us expand our reach, increase engagement, and drive awareness for programs that empower youth and young adults with life skills, mental health awareness, financial literacy, and personal growth.

As a Google Ads Intern, you’ll learn how to create and manage ad campaigns that make a real difference—helping students prepare for college, trade careers, or the workforce through our nonprofit programs.

You will be able to:

📢 Develop & optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase awareness and program participation.
📊 Analyze & track ad performance, using data to improve targeting and engagement.
🔍 Conduct keyword research to ensure our ads reach the right audience.
💡 Write compelling ad copy that resonates with students, parents, and educators.
📈 Assist in budget management to maximize ad spend effectiveness.
🤝 Collaborate with our team to align campaigns with our mission and goals.

We are looking for:

✔️ A student or recent graduate in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field.
✔️ Familiarity with Google Ads (experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll help you learn!).
✔️ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Interest in nonprofit marketing, youth empowerment, and digital strategy.
✔️ Bonus: Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, or social media ads.

Details:

📍 Remote or hybrid opportunities available (based on location).
