Heartland Hospice

A hospice patient in Canton, Michigan, needs visitors--like you! Be the person who makes all the difference to him and his family. Volunteer to visit him through Heartland Hospice.

Volunteers must be at least 18-years-old to visit patients. Heartland requires all volunteers to get the annual flu shot and provides it for free. Volunteers must have the COVID vaccination. Volunteers must complete two TB skin tests (available for free in the Heartland Ann Arbor and Southfield offices) and a fingerprint background check (all paid for by Heartland). We provides extensive training to ensure volunteers are fully prepared for their work.
