Operation Breast Density

 Year long committment 

The Community Outreach Manager will develop and maintain partnerships with local companies, local nonprofits, and community centers. 

We want to find organizations/companies to partner with to coordinate educational events, obtaining sponsorship and creating fundraising opportunities. 

To be a successful outreach coordinator, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should also be skilled in the use of institutional databases and research methods, as well as in handling administrative duties.

1. 1. Leader of Finance Committee
   2. Responsibilities
      1. Schedule and attend Finance Committee meetings
      2. Reach out to local companies, organization, other nonprofit for partnership opportunities such as sponsorship, monetary donations, donation in the form of auction items or joint fundraisers/events
      3. Generate ideas about joint fundraisers.
      4. Research contact information of Target companies/organization (emails, phone contacts, IN person)
      5. Communicate with 2 organizations a month to establish the above relationships.
         1. Example emails or phone templates will be provided to assist you with reaching out to companies/organizations for sponsorships, donation request etc.
      6.  All contact via email should include cc to Shoshana.hallowellMD@gmail.com
      7.  Phone or in person conversations should be briefly summarized and sent to Shoshana.HallowellMD@gmail.com
   3. Requirements
      1. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field,      ( or student )
      2. Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
      3. Excellent Personal Relations and communications Skills
      4. 2-6 hours of work a week that can be committed to the nonprofit
