Objective:
As a Community Research Assistant, your primary goal will be to identify prospective referral partners and employment opportunities for T.E.A. Through thorough research and outreach, you will help us forge valuable connections to support our mission of empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential referral partners and employment prospects for T.E.A.
Gather information on organizations, agencies, and businesses that align with our mission and objectives.
Reach out to potential partners via email, phone, or in-person meetings to initiate contact and explore collaboration opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of all communication and interactions with potential partners.
Provide regular updates and reports on research findings and partnership progress to the T.E.A. team.
Qualifications:
Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive and resourceful with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
