Adopt A Family Volunteers

The Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries is seeking volunteers to help during our Adopt A Family campaign this holiday season.
We adopt an average of 2,000 families and pair them with sponsors that purchase items for them from their wish list. We then host a Holiday Party for the families to pick up their gifts.
We need help organizing and sorting the gifts from the sponsors on December 10th, 11th, and 12th from 9 am-4 pm.
We also need volunteers at the Holiday Party on Saturday, December 21st from 9am-2pm to help distributing the gifts to the families, logistics help, arts and crafts and children's games and greeters.
We welcome support from businesses, churches, organizations, and individuals.
