Bridging Communities needs your help!
We are a small non profit in SW Detroit that services local seniors with monthly Focus Hope food boxes. Each route consists of 5 to 6 boxes and are delivered once a month to seniors in need. Some of our seniors are home bound and unable to go to the grocery store and these food boxes give them meals for the month!
