Hope Care and Beyond plans on holding its second annual gala event. We want your help coordinating, organizing, and facilitating a fundraising event that helps women and their families in Metro Detroit! If you have an eye for detail, diligence, and creativity, this is the opportunity for you!
Tasks include:
- Sending emails
- Scheduling meetings
- Reserving locations, entertainment, and services
- Social Media and Marketing assistance
- Management and detailed note keeping
If you have 1-2 hours a week to dedicate to helping us, we will be very appreciative. The date of the gala itself is tentatively scheduled for Sept 13, 2023.
