Key Activities:

• Connect with local businesses, artists, and community members to secure meaningful auction items that reflect our mission of hope and healing
• Coordinate with fellow committee members to identify and reach out to potential donors 
• Arrange pick-up times and locations for donated items, ensuring each donor feels appreciated
• Assist in creating compelling item descriptions that tell the story behind each donation
• Work collaboratively with the broader event committee to ensure a seamless auction experience
