We are looking for adult volunteers who are experienced and qualified with a personal or professional life skill, to share that knowledge with a young person.
This is a week-long program, but volunteers are only required to provide instruction in their course for 1.5 hours on 1 day.

Focus: Making smart, ethical, and informed choices.

5. Health, Nutrition & Self-Care
Focus: Taking care of one’s physical body and habits.
