Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan

Did you know you can volunteer to support Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan by hosting a cut-a-thon? This is a great way to gather hair donations from caring individuals at one event to help us provide more wigs to Michigan children in need at no charge. It takes a minimum 10-12 ponytails to make one wig for a child in need and while we ask for 10 inches, we also accept 7-9 inches to make a boy's wig or a short wig for a girl. Depending on the location and availability, we may be able to bring Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan representatives to participate by handing out information and collecting the hair donations throughout the event after you have partnered with a salon of licensed cosmetologists to provide the haircut services.
