The Board of Directors will support the work of FAR and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. This is an opportunity for an individual passionate about FAR’s mission and with a track record of board leadership. Selected Board Members will have achieved leadership stature in business, government, philanthropy, or the nonprofit sector.
FARs Board Members will serve a two-year term to be eligible for re-appointment for three additional terms. Board meetings will be held monthly, and committee meetings will be coordinated by committee chairs.
Specific Board Member responsibilities include: Leadership, Governance/Oversight, and Fundraising.
