Grandparents On The Move, Inc

Grandparents On The Move, Inc. is looking for involved community members looking to see change in the future for grandparents and kinship givers.  Many people do not know that grandparents and kinship givers have limited rights when it comes to the future of children that they love.  Often our income plays a major roll in the courts decision to give grandparents guardianship.  This is why we are seeking a few good board members that are ready to ask the questions that need to be asked to local, state and federal officials.  We are looking for people with innovative ideas to enhance and help expand our programs and services through out Michigan some day.  We are looking for people who want to see our program excel by introducing fundraising events, reach out to grandparents and kinship givers within the communities to increase participation, and also help to increase membership.  There is an application and review process to become a Board Member.
