Remembering Cherubs

Remembering Cherubs’ Wave of Light will be held on Sunday, October 13th, from 6:00 to 8:30 pm, and we’re looking for volunteers to help us create a meaningful evening for families as we honor and remember their little ones. We would love for you to be a part of this special night.

Here’s a quick overview of where we need extra hands:

• Event Setup: Arrive early to help set up the venue
• Registration & Welcome Table: Greet guests with a warm smile and distribute toolkit bags.
• Kid’s Activity Area: Supervise our coloring station for little ones.
• Reading of names: Read names from a list
• Candle Lighting & Decompression Support: Assist with our candle lighting ceremony and symbolic paper release activity.
• Resource table: Hand out community resources
• Event Breakdown: Help us tidy up and close out the night.
• Your presence: Simply being present helps parents feel supported and less alone!

If you’re available and interested, please apply, and feel free to share your preferred role if you have one. We anticipate around 50 guests, and your involvement will ensure the evening is as supportive and meaningful as possible.
