Kevin's Song

Volunteer Opportunity:
Represent Kevin’s Song at Resource Events
I'm Interested!

Kevin's Song is invited to many events throughout the year in the tri-county area, and as far as Grand Rapids and Saginaw. We need volunteers to staff tables and pass out information at these community events. Coaching is available. Volunteers will be paired up.

Help us erase the stigma attached to mental illness and suicide. Help others contemplating suicide to feel safe about coming forward and talking about their feelings. Give loved ones a place to turn to for information and tools that could help them prevent someone they care about from dying by suicide.

Kevin's Song is a 501(c)(3)nonprofit organization, founded in 2013, whose mission is to empower communities to prevent suicide and offer hope and healing to survivors. This mission is accomplished through an annual Conference on Suicide and School Summit which is attended by over 400 mental health professionals, educators, medical professionals, first responders, veterans, clergy and lay people, including many survivors. Kevin's Song is also an important resource for the community in offering on its website national, state and local resources in suicide prevention, as well as videos, books and other programming. Kevin's Song holds Loss Survivor Support Groups twice a month. For more information, please visit www.KevinsSong.org.
