Shades of Pink Foundation

We are looking for 1-2 volunteers with fundraising experience to join a Fundraising and Sponsorship Development Committee and help build on the success of our current fundraising programs. You will work with our executive director in the planning and execution of our current events and explore ways to take our fundraising to the next level. Do you have creative ideas that will break through the clutter in the crowded fundraising space? Sponsorship development is a key component of this volunteer opportunity. As we execute our plan to grow the organization and expand our ability to serve more clients in Southeast Michigan, we need to attract more potential sponsors. Help us create and implement an innovative plan to reach new sponsors. Fundraising experience is a must and experience with a nonprofit is a plus, but not required. We are looking for creative thinkers who share a passion for our mission. Most of your volunteer time will be spent working from home. There will be some meetings to attend, generally in the Birmingham, Michigan area, and conference/zoom calls. Time commitment varies throughout the year, as more time is needed in advance of our major fundraising events. We promise to respect your time commitment.
