Love taking photos — whether it’s with a camera or your phone? We want you on our team!

Share Detroit is looking for volunteer photographers to help us capture the amazing work our 500+ nonprofit partners are doing across Greater Detroit. Whether you're a high school student in a photography class, a college photography major, or just someone who’s always snapping pics on their iPhone — this is a great way to use your talent to give back.

What You’ll Do:

• Attend nonprofit events and take photos of volunteers, guests, and activities
• Visit nonprofit locations to capture their space, staff, and impact in action
• Share your edited (or unedited!) photos with the Share Detroit team for use on our website, social media, and in promotions
• Help tell powerful stories through your lens

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for photography (professional skills not required!)
• Someone with a good eye for storytelling through pictures
• Ability to travel around metro Detroit for events or nonprofit visits
• A reliable and friendly attitude
