Event Info:  We partnered with an event space in Ann Arbor that supports charities for the rest of the U of M season! We provide the volunteers and the liquor license to host a tailgate a block away from The Big House. Slow’s BBQ food truck is also on premises. Proceeds from drink ticket sales go to Six Feet Over.      

When: October 26, November 2 & 23, 2024, Time TBD. **Check out the sign up for more info on this and how we plan to manage this issue

Where:  Stadium Club 327, 327 E hoover, Ann Arbor, MI 48104 

What to Expect:  An outdoor tailgate event that needs a variety of volunteer help. 

We need volunteers for:         

• Drink Ticket Sales- Volunteers sell tickets on Square Terminals and check ID’s
  • Ideal Volunteers:   Folks comfortable with talking to strangers in brief interactions, friendly (or at least can pretend real well)
• Event Grounds- Volunteers to assist the event organizers with general event needs and tasks for the event. This could be trash, picking up litter, being a runner, lost & found, etc
  • Ideal Volunteers:  Anyone who is physically able to bend, squat, lift 50 or more pounds, takes direction well. No need to be a people person for this one.
• Serving Drinks- Volunteers take drink tickets, ensure wrist band usage (21+), opening cans of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, restocking bar coolers. 
  • Ideal Volunteers:  Ideally people who enjoy engaging with others and has some service industry background, but not mandatory.
