St. Patrick Senior Center

All September long, Strides for Seniors celebrates Detroit's neighborhood Senior Centers with a campaign spearheaded by St. Patrick Senior Center, Detroit Area Agency on Aging and Detroit Parks and Recreation.  We visit centers, highlight activities, and invite everyone to join us.  The BIG event is the Walk and Expo on Friday, September 9, at beautiful Palmer Park.  From 9 AM to 1 PM there's music, dance, exercise, one and three mile walks, snacks, lunch, food trucks and dozens of health and wellness vendors.  For more information visit the website at www.stridesforseniors.org.
