Bellissima Sanctuary

Bellissima Sanctuary is a community based 501c3 nonprofit organization in the city of Detroit. We're dedicated to protecting and supporting Black females, including female identifying persons of the Black LGBTQ+ community, and their children, who are survivors of Intimate Partner Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Human Trafficking. Our Survivor's Resource Closet offers a sense of normalcy and security, by providing Survivor families with clothing, personal hygiene products, and baby care items.  Our mission  is to provide these  families with essential daily care items they may not have had the opportunity to gather while attempting to exit a violent situation quickly.
