What We Do
The CWR Community Help Center's mission is to help families impacted by Gun Violence and Poverty by providing Mental Health Services, Basic Needs, and events that bring awareness to Gun Violence Prevention in the Community.
Interesting Info
- We have served hundreds of families this year in the Community with Food, Clothing, PPE & offered help with Grief &Trauma through groups and Workshops.
- Blacks are disproportionately impacted by Gun Violence and are 10 times more likely than whites to die. Gun Violence is an epidemic in our Communities.
- Securing basic needs and the tools and strategies to cope with the impact of Gun Violence helps families to become more stable and inspires hope.
