Childs Play Foundation, Inc.

Childs Play Foundation, Inc. develops healthy bodies and healthy minds of marginalized youth by providing financial assistance and resources to promote participation in sports programs.
In addition, they build long-lasting relationships with scholars to assure they thrive in post-secondary education and adulthood by remaining active in their lives. CPF will provide a safe space where all sports, academic, mentoring, and social needs are met under one roof.

Our programs include Detroit Debate and Tied Together: A Male Mentoring and Mental Health Symposium, both free to our youth.

CPF has assisted over 500 children to either attend free camps with some of the top athletes in the nation such as Donovan Edwards with UofM (also an official partner), Semaj Morgan with UofM, and Brandon Davis-Swain with Colorado. Kierra hosted the biggest Quarterback Camp Metro Detroit has ever seen with the top quarterbacks such as Aidan Chiles with Michigan State University and Alex Orji with University of Michigan with 200 children in attendance. Kierra also hosted a free cheer camp with over 130 young cheerleaders in attendance. CPF has also provided scholarships to children to their respective sports programs to assure they could pay for registration, equipment, and traveling expenses.
