Comprehensive Youth Services, Inc. (CYS) is a non-profit organization staffed by compassionate skilled professionals and volunteers − providing essential community services in Macomb County and throughout Southeast Michigan.
CYS oversees four distinct agencies. Each offers an array of services for at-risk individuals and families in need. The four agencies include:

CCC Jail Substance Abuse Programs
Over the past 50+ years, we have helped thousands of individuals improve their lives and repair family relationships. By providing education, training and support, CYS continues to help young people build a better future. CYS serves people in their greatest times of need − assisting homeless individuals to transition off the streets, counseling people to overcome substance abuse and mental health problems, and presenting families with solutions to relationship challenges.
- Provide a wide array of services including two runaway and homeless youth shelters, an outpatient clinic, and prevention team in the local jail.
- CYS has been open for almost 55 years. Founded on June 26, 1970.
