What We Do

A Courageous Voice (ACV) works to protect and prevent children from child sex abuse using evidence-based educational tools to empower families to stop this violence. ACV is committed to keeping kids safe off and online.

Youth Safety Day is an annual event that raises awareness and educates youth and parents/caregivers on cyber safety. Topics covers are digital dangers, digital citizenship and digital footprints. This is a free event held on the east side of Detroit.

Kids Voices Matter Program are evidence-based, educational classes help K-12th grades using 5 safety rules that can help keep kids safe off and online, used in schools and other youth-serving organizations.

Adult classes are also available through the Stronger Together Program, such as Lunch and Learns to educate around child sex abuse and child safety. A few topics include: How to have the necessary conversation with your children, the warning signs, and a 5 step approach to guide parents and caregivers.
