What We Do
The mission of Independence Rides is to provide dignified rides for seniors and vision impaired adults in the Detroit metropolitan area. The service is specifically designed to address the unique needs of these populations. For example, arm-through-arm and door-through-door walking assistance are standard features available to any rider who desires it.
