What We Do
We provide professional development opportunities in the areas of economics and personal finance so that every Michigan student has access to a well prepared teacher. Investing in the professional development of just one secondary teacher could impact more than 300 students a year. In addition, we provide direct opportunities for student engagement through our signature Economics Challenge and Personal Finance Challenge. We have recently launched our first ever cohort of Invest in Girls to help high school girls become the CEO, CFO, and COO of their lives. The girls work with volunteers to learn the knowledge needed to have success with their future finances and learn about opportunities in the area of finance where they have been historically underrepresented.

- We are currently working with 50 high school girls to launch an Invest in Girls program in Michigan.
- 6 states mandate a personal finance course for all high schoolers prior to graduation.
- We want every Michigan student to have a well-trained teacher in economics and personal finance.
