What We Do

We are Oakland County’s largest Client Choice Food Pantry serving the hungry and food-insecure in over 100+ communities in Oakland County.  Unlike most food pantries Oakland HOPE brings HIS hope in a cart full of groceries.  We are a full grocery store stocked with fresh fruits, veggies, canned goods, breads, reach-in freezers filled with chicken, pork, beef, ribs, salmon, Italian sausage, frozen veggies, protein rich food items like milk, yogurt, butter, eggs, humus, bag salads, desserts, fresh cut-up fruit and sometimes dog and cat food too. Oakland HOPE was formed in 2012 because we believe hunger is unacceptable. As you know whether it is crime, abuse, poor school performance or more ER visits food-insecurity is often at the root of many larger issues. Oakland HOPE is located at 20 E. Walton Blvd. at the corner of Walton and Baldwin in Pontiac and just 1 mile S. of Great Lakes Crossing Mall
