Our organization provides holistic therapeutic services for women and girls. With a wide range of healing and trauma informed services that enable them heal past trauma, to feel and be confident, live more authentic, peaceful, and elevating lives. Our program facilitators teach with love and from the heart. We share the same and similar lived experience with the communities we serve. Some of our services include but are not limited to- yoga, meditation, healing circles, art therapy, sound baths, journaling, trauma healing, nature based learning, skill set workshops, resources, advocacy, hygiene, doula services for new and expecting mothers and so much more that help contribute to brighter futures in our community. Girlz Empowered is for girls ages 7-17 yo. Youth are engaged, enabled and empowered in services that support their growth and development.

- We have served over 400 women and youth. Our goal since expanding to new programs is to serve more than 1000 families.
- Hygiene products are an essential need for teens and women. We have provided over 200 families with these essential products.
- Our goal is to be a community hub that families can come to for resources and wellbeing support. Where they feel safe, seen and heard.
