What We Do
We provide Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP). This is a mental health intervention to reduce the depression and anxiety in the clients we serve. Our target population is youth, families, and adults. These sessions are similar to a typical therapy session, they are about 50 minutes long, held outside, and include a therapist, equine specialist, horses, and clients.
Interesting Info
- in 2022 we provided over 220 hours of Equine Assisted Services, over 95 volunteer hours, and partnered with 3 non-profits.
