What We Do
We provide a FUN, FAST, and EFFECTIVE mental health intervention of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP).
We support youth and adults in reconnecting with themselves, the horses and others. Connection is the key to wellbeing.
Our Mission: Empowering people of all ages to discover hope and resilience on their path to mental well-being by harnessing the healing power of horses.
Our target population is youth, families, and adults. These sessions are similar to a typical therapy session, they are about 50 minutes long, held outside, and include a therapist, equine specialist, horses, and clients.
Interesting Info
- In 2024, we provided over 200 hours of Equine Assisted Services, over 400 volunteer hours, and partnered with 3 non-profits.
- EAP is found to reduce the anxiety and feelings of depression in clients.
