The Director of Strategic Partnership shall keep the board informed of any and/or all solicitations made to outside non profit, or for profit organizations, elected officials, or guest speakers who work in STEEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Arts, and Math) related programs or fields for the expressed purpose of formalizing strategic partnerships with said entities.

The Director of Strategic Partnership shall strive to nurture these relationships for the long term goal of expanding & formalizing our programs outreach efforts; notwithstanding providing a substantive learning experience for program participants and staff, alike.

• Attend monthly board meetings
• 10 hours per month of individual work, in addition to any meetings attended, to work on growth and development of organization
  • Including but not limited to: Curriculum development, creating presentations, community or government outreach
• Helping with fundraising efforts (board members are responsible for the fiscal health of the organization)
• Each board member is responsible for raising funds
• Individual contributions - min $500 per year (can be a personal contribution)
  • Including but not limited to: small personal fundraisers, personal contributions, and in-kind donations
• Planning one fundraising event collectively as a board 
• Assisting (collaboratively or individually) with at least one grant per year
• $25 dues per fiscal year (February-January) due at end of the first quarter (April 30)
  • Dues are subject to change by majority vote of board members
