Every week we celebrate our clients’ achievements with a class celebration. Volunteers in this role will support the Client Experience department by providing our clients and team members support during our on-campus class celebrations. During a class celebration this role will provide support as assistant host to the event. Duties will include, directing clients to the appropriate room, welcoming guests to campus including client’s guest, team members, donors, and other attendees. In addition, Client Celebration Assistants will support live streaming of the class ceremony, granting access to virtual attendees and monitoring virtual celebrations. Other duties could include liaison between the Resident Assistance team, Kitchen staff, Client Experience Supervisor, and Training Team.
Time Commitment and Scheduling
We are asking for a commitment of 2-3 hours, 1-2 times per month for a minimum of 6 months. Consistency is important part of this position. All shifts will be on Fridays. We prefer volunteers who an work at least one or more of the following shifts:
- Friday, 11:00am-1:30pm
- Friday, 11:30am-1:00pm
- Friday, 1:00-2:30pm
