Join PACE Southeast Michigan for a fun volunteer opportunity!
Looking for volunteers to accompany our bus drivers and senior participants to medical appointments. Companions will meet at the PACE day health center of their choice and take a ride with our participants. Volunteers will serve as a second set of eyes on the bus as well as assist participants to medical appointments at Henry Ford medical centers.
Volunteers will be provided with ongoing staff support throughout their service with us and will be included in appreciation events. Our volunteers must complete an online application, interview, background checks, an orientation class, and a TB test are required.
Availability: Weekdays 9:00am - 1:00PM
Opportunities Available in: Dearborn, Detroit, Eastpointe, Pontiac, Southfield, Sterling Heights, Clinton Township
