Volunteer will:
- Collaborate with the company president to help guide the activities of the board of directors
- Assist in establishing an agenda for each meeting
- Preside over each board meeting
- Assure that accurate minutes are completed and submitted
- Encourage board directors to complete actionable items in a timely manner
