What We Do

Elms Family and Community Services, a 501(c)3 organization, based in Clinton Township, Michigan has served Detroit, Macomb County and surrounding areas since 2018. Our mission remains the same today, as we continue to work diligently to impact the lives of those in communities in which we serve.

Mission

Elms Family and Community Services aims continuously to provide services, resources and support that will enable families, individuals and youth to overcome social, economic, educational and other barriers in which they face by gaining and sustaining successful outcomes in life.

Elms Family and Community Services has operated with 90% of its support from volunteer staff and donated services since 2018.
In 2023, 47% of our support was to seniors, 22% to families, 29% to youth and infant support and 2% to employment services.
In 2024, with the growing needs for early college & career exposure for middle/high school youth, we successfully launched our new college and career course.
